Similar to how you can line up an endless selection of tracks in your Spotify streaming list, you have the freedom to pile up as many requests as you wish in your Results Imagery account. Just as you play songs or podcasts one by one, we tackle photography requests sequentially, every business day, every month. To make the most out of your subscription, ensure your queue is always filled.
Our average photoshoot takes less than 5 days, however, some photoshoots, depending on complexity and required resources (models, locations, etc.) can take longer. We aim to streamline the entire pre-production process and post-production process as quickly as possible.
We have one of the most intensive pre-production processes in our industry that involves intake forms, onboarding, brand style guides, inspiration media and examples, pre-production calls and other communication about project needs. In the event you don't like the assets, we will work with you to plan another photoshoot, however per our Terms of Service, we do not offer refunds or reshoots on your subscription plan.
Yes, minor photoshop adjustments are included at no additional charges. Minor adjustments may include dust removal, dent/scratch removal, and post editing (color, highlights, shadows, etc.) for photography.
No. We do not lock our customers into a contract. All subscription plans are month-to-month, and can be cancelled at any time.
